This $100 refundable deposit secures your golf cart rental dates with Brooks EV. Pay this at the time of booking and your dates are reserved — no waiting for callbacks, no risk of someone else taking your slot.

How It Works

1. Pay $100 deposit at checkout to lock in your dates
2. Submit the rental form on the Cart Rentals page with your photo ID and delivery address
3. Our rental team contacts you within one business day to confirm
4. At delivery, the deposit is applied as your standard $100 security hold
5. When the cart is returned in delivered condition, the hold is released

Important Terms

• Refundable per cancellation policy (full refund 48+ hrs out, 50% 24–48 hrs, non-refundable inside 24 hrs)
• This deposit becomes your security hold at delivery
• Released after cart is returned in delivered condition
• Damage beyond $100 is invoiced separately
• Rental balance is invoiced separately after dates are confirmed

📋 Rental Agreement Acceptance

This deposit is part of a full rental booking with Brooks EV Golfcarts & Repair LLC. By proceeding with checkout, you accept the Brooks EV Rental Agreement which governs the rental period, payment, liability, damage, cancellation, and return terms. The full agreement appears on each rental product page and is included in your order confirmation email.
