At Brooks EV, we are committed to delivering your golf carts, batteries, and accessories quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, costs, and important information regarding deliveries.


1. Order Processing Time

  • In-stock items are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom orders (including golf cart builds, upgrades, and special accessories) may require 5–14 business days for processing.

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and specialized freight services for oversized items.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and seasonal demand.


3. Local Delivery & Pickup (Florida Customers)

We offer complimentary local delivery within a 25-mile radius of our Brooksville and Wesley Chapel locations.

  • Local pickup is available during business hours β€” please schedule in advance.

  • Mobile delivery and installation services are available for batteries, upgrades, and repairs (service fees may apply beyond 25 miles).


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Some golf carts and large batteries qualify for free shipping promotions.

  • International shipping is available for select products; please contact us for a quote before placing an order.


5. Freight Delivery for Golf Carts & Large Batteries

  • All freight deliveries require a signature upon delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for inspecting the shipment upon arrival and noting any visible damages on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • If there is concealed damage, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.


6. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect after shipment.


7. Damages & Lost Shipments

  • Brooks EV is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us immediately at sales@brooksev.com or 352-777-9909.


8. International Orders

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs clearance.
