Golf Cart Rental Agreement — Deafstock 2027

Brooks EV Golfcarts & Repair — 352-777-9909 — Brooksville, FL

These are the terms for renting a golf cart from Brooks EV Golfcarts & Repair for the Deafstock Music & Art Festival 2027 (March 18–21, 2027, Farm of Dreams Resort, 2248 Culbreath Rd, Brooksville, FL 34602). By booking a rental and checking the agreement box at checkout, the renter agrees to these terms. A printed copy is signed in person at delivery.

1. Rental & Fees

2-Seater (48V): $100/day. 4-Seater (48V): $120/day.
A flat $80 covers round-trip delivery, pickup & cleanup and is included in the price.
Payment is collected in full at checkout. The Shopify order number is the rental confirmation number.

2. Requirements

Renter must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license, verified in person at delivery.
The cart is operated only by the renter or other authorized, licensed drivers.

3. Delivery & Pickup

Brooks EV delivers the cart fully charged to the renter's stated lot # / meet point at the festival and picks it up at the end of the rental.
Delivery and pickup dates/times are coordinated from the proposed dates provided at booking.

4. Rules of Use

Operate only within the festival grounds and approved areas; obey all posted rules and Florida law.
No more passengers than the cart has seats. No reckless driving, racing, or off-road use.
No operation under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

5. Damage, Loss & Liability

The renter is responsible for damage, loss, or theft during the rental period beyond normal wear.
The renter assumes responsibility for safe operation of the cart. Brooks EV is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the renter's use of the cart to the extent permitted by law.
A refundable damage deposit or card-on-file authorization may be required.

6. At Delivery

Have your driver's license ready, sign the printed rental agreement, and confirm the cart's condition with the Brooks EV representative.
