Carts marked Available Now are in stock on our showroom floor — assembled, charged, and ready to drive home fast. Here is exactly how quickly you can pick one up.

Pickup Speed (SLA)

  • Order by 2:00 PM (ET): Pick up the same day.
  • Order after 2:00 PM (ET): Pick up the next business day.
  • Cost: FREE — there is no charge for same-day or next-day pickup.

How It Works

  1. Complete your purchase on our website and select pickup at checkout.
  2. You will receive an order confirmation immediately, followed by a “Ready for Pickup” notification by email or text once your cart is prepared.
  3. Bring your order confirmation and a valid photo ID to the showroom during business hours.

Good to Know

  • Same-day and next-day pickup applies to in-stock “Available Now” carts only. Special orders and units not currently on the floor follow our standard 1–3 business day timeframe.
  • Please wait for your “Ready for Pickup” notification before heading in, so we can have your cart fully prepped and inspected.
