Package Includes

• 3 days rental of a street-legal electric golf cart — 2-, 4($300)-, or 6($430)-seater units based on availability

• Each cart delivered fully charged, cleaned, and safety-inspected

• Optional Halloween-themed light kit or décor wrap (when available)

• Concierge pickup & drop-off scheduling for a stress-free experience

• Carts must be returned clean, fully charged and undamaged to avoid additional fees.($100)

🚚 Delivery & Pickup Fees

• Epperson / Mirada Communities: $80 (flat rate round-trip)

• Lutz / Land O’ Lakes Areas: $120 (flat rate round-trip)

• Fee covers both delivery and pickup of your rental unit.

⚖️ Customer Liability & Insurance Agreement

By purchasing or reserving this package, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. The renter assumes full responsibility and liability for any damage, loss, theft, or injury resulting from use of the rented golf cart.

2. The renter is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining insurance coverage during the rental period.

3. Brooks EV LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates are released from all liability, claims, losses, or legal actions arising from the operation or possession of the rental cart.

4. The renter agrees to operate the cart safely and follow all community, HOA, and local driving regulations.

• Rentals are subject to availability (2-, 4-, and 6-seater models vary weekly).

• Driver must be 21 years or older with a valid driver’s license.

• Security deposit may be required for select models.

• Carts must be returned clean and undamaged to avoid additional fees.
